Is it necessary to create an account with Kyando for shopping?
No, you can shop using a guest account. However, creating an account can be beneficial for future orders as it saves you from re-entering your information.
Do you ship to my location? Is COD available?
We ship throughout India. COD is available for selected pin codes, while prepaid orders can be delivered to all locations. COD is not applicable for orders above INR 10,000.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-7 working days. International orders may take 10-15 working days for delivery.
